Welcome to Little Owl

Little Owl is a small friendly pre-school, after-school and holiday club run by a voluntary committee, which employs dedicated and highly qualified staff. At Little Owl we want the very best for your child and we understand that to enable them to reach their full potential, they must feel happy, valued, safe and secure and this is always our aim.

Situated within Dry Drayton Primary School grounds, we have a lovely bright room and garden space. Our close relationship with the school provides opportunities for occasional group activities and allows us to work closely with Reception staff to ensure that if your child follows on to the school, they have the best start with a strong foundation within the school.

Pre-school is an exciting and important stage in your child’s life and we hope that they will enjoy their time with us.  We aim to meet individual children’s emotional, physical and intellectual needs sensitively and flexibly, building on their skills and interests during their time with us. The Early Years Foundation Stage provides a statutory framework for this, putting children’s learning and development within the wider context of their welfare and wellbeing.
